CUPRA DRIVE CLUB FAQ

The scope of the Club is the promotion of the culture of CUPRA cars and brands and car tourism in sustainable ways, through the exploration of local territories and their culture. Past, current and future owners and fans of CUPRA cars can join the club to share their common interest. The Club offers a website platform and social media channels to discuss and the best deals from several brands in the automotive field. The Club promotes events and gatherings. 

The Club is a legally registered association based in Italy. As such, a membership is required. It is possible to join the club via the online forms in the main CUPRA DRIVE CLUB page. Actually the club offers 2 membership tiers, CUPRISTA and CUPRISTA VELOZ. CUPRISTA HONORARIO is accessible on invitation only or upon a donation.

CUPRISTA is like an ordinary member of any association. CUPRISTA VELOZ is a supporting member, who wants to give a stronger help to the Club. Plus, CUPRISTA VELOZ can access future benefits, e.g., access to exclusive or priority discounts, gadget giveaways, etc.

The Italian law and the Club statute state that the membership cannot be refunded. At the end of the year, membership is cancelled if it is not renewed.

The Italian law and the Club statute clearly forbid any profit from memberships. Funds are used for the scope of the Club only, such as organization of events, promotion of its scope, delivery of its goals and all is stated in the Club statute. Funds can never be distributed to the Club members.

Joining the Club means being part of a community of fans and owners of CUPRA cars who share a common interest: this results in the possibility to present an issue and ask for a solution, to ask for a deal with a specific brand, to promote an event and participate to the Club assemblies to monitor and discuss the future plans of the Club. As for any association, being part of a group makes your interest stronger.

Being part of an association is the first benefit: as a member of the Club you can ask for support, meet other people and make your voice heard. You can access exclusive deals, discounts, coupons and events from the best brands in the automotive field.

Yes, each member, after completing the subscription form and paying the membership receives full access to the Club website (including the coupons page, the car issue notice form) and a digital membership card. The card is delivered via email or via private message on the preferred social channel (e.g. Instagram, Telegram). The card can be easily added to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Pass Wallet (Android, WalletPasses app required). There are future plans to deliver physical membership cards.

Yes, as a trusted subscriber (either on Instagram or YouTube) you get a discounted price for your membership. During the subscription process you will find a field for your username, which must match your subscription. 

Some brands have assigned a coupon to our Club, so that members can shop with no need for further support. Some brands do not have coupons: they want us to send them a request with the desired items and they send us back an estimate. At the bottom of the coupon page there is a form that members can fill with their requests for the shops that do not accept coupons. In a few cases, deals are with services that do not have any online shopping (e.g. car detailing service), so it is necessary to show your membership card when visiting the shop.

At the moment it is possible to complete the subscription form with an online payment via PayPal or Credit Card. It is also possible to choose bank transfer as an option: in this case, it is necessary to upload a copy of the bank transfer in the subscription form. Please, note that fees apply for payments via PayPal/Credit Card.
